The XTS2001 is a compact UHF RFID POS Reader designed specifically for multi-item checkout in fashion retail stores. Instead of scanning each garment barcode individually, cashiers can place multiple RFID-tagged items on the reader and capture them together.
The reader connects with an external POS through Type-C and supports USB cursor-style output as well as SDK and API integration. Its slim countertop design allows retailers to add RFID checkout to an existing cashier station without turning the counter into a large self-checkout kiosk.

Capture multiple tagged garments together and reduce repetitive item-by-item barcode scanning.
Adjustable RF output helps match the reading area to the checkout surface and surrounding environment.
Use USB cursor-style output for straightforward data entry or connect through the supplied SDK and API.
A 19 mm ABS+PC enclosure fits neatly on a staffed checkout counter without taking over the workspace.
At the cashier station, the XTS2001 creates a defined RFID reading area around the work surface. The cashier places the selected garments on the reader, captures their tag data and sends the results to the connected RFID POS system.
Output power can be adjusted from 0 to 26 dBm in 1 dBm steps. The documented reading range is approximately 10 cm around the reader and up to 50 cm in height, depending on tag performance, product material, tag quantity and the retail environment.
XTS2001 acts as the RFID identification layer at the checkout counter. It reads tag data and passes it to the retailer's software; the existing POS remains responsible for product information, transaction confirmation and payment.
Put the selected RFID-tagged garments together on the reader surface.
Read and write UHF RFID tags in a batch of up to approximately 50 pieces.*
Transfer the captured RFID data to compatible POS software through the selected interface.
The cashier verifies the item list and completes the transaction in the existing POS.
*Actual tag quantity and reading performance depend on RFID tag performance, product material, tag type, quantity and environmental conditions.
Place the reader beside the POS monitor so store staff can identify several tagged garments in one checkout action.
Choose cursor-style output for straightforward data entry or use the SDK and API for a tailored RFID POS system connection.
Support checkout baskets containing multiple sizes, colors and garment types without scanning each visible barcode separately.
The appropriate connection method depends on the retailer's POS software and transaction workflow. Xiaota can support device configuration and integration planning around the selected interface.
Xiaota combines RFID tags, reader hardware, software integration and project implementation. For the XTS2001, that means configuring the reading environment, connecting the reader with the checkout process, testing tagged merchandise and supporting deployment across retail locations.
